I'm presently reading Torn by Keisha Ervin. Just finish reading: Love & Lies by Kimberla Lawson Roby. This book is a sequel about a Pastor/Reverend Curtis Black who is living the not so Godly life :-) and don't forget the First Ladies (wives)in his life past and present. A highly recommended must read sequel. The Upper Room by Mary Monroe and It's A Thin Line by Kimberly Lawson. Very intresting novels (makes you laugh and sometimes you want to cry)

Books I have read and love, just to name a few:
Zane: Addicted, Shame on it All, Heat Seekers, APF. I personally recommend all of Zane books as a must read (with the exception of Sex Cronicles 1&2 too much for me as a single woman). Vickie Stringer: Let that be the Reason; Sister Souljah: Coldest Winter Ever and lots more.

I enjoy reading black novels, I just finish reading Every woman needs a Wife funny book (talk about payback, "As Real As It Get" great book, Love is Painless (three provocative stories about the power of love, by three novellas). I am currently reading Love & Lies by Kimberla Lawson Roby. By day I work full time for a corporate law firm and at nights I volunteer my time as a Radio personality/Host part time and I do enjoy making people happy in that area.
